Founder and Associate of the Bia – Dell’Atti & Associates Law Firm. She is specialised in civil law, family law, labour law, international and EU law of contracts. She has brought successful cases before the European Court of Human Rights. She holds a Ph.D from the Law Department of the European University Institute of Florence, and she has taught EU law and politics at international universities. She is editorial contributor for EU legal reviews, including European Current Law (ECL, Thomson Reuters). She has taken part to many international conferences as speaker and discussant, and she has published a number of articles on EU judicial co-operation in the specific areas in which she works.
